Arrogant Judiciary

Judiciary has become so arrogant and power hungry. No respect for other branches of the government and this itself thinks as omnipotent.The Congress and Executive branch passed a law to review the case as new. Judiciary does not care. From Florida district court to 11th circuit and then to Supreme Court,they are covering one other. What is so hurry to kill Terri? Why cann't she be put on a feeding tube? There is no proff that she told anything about anything when she was a 20 year old. Her whole loving family wants to take care of her? Why is this guy who has a woman and kids on side act as if he is a devoted husband,and take away the feeding tube to kill her?Unbelievable, what is happening in Florida!!! A person has been being starved to death. So depressing indeed. God may help Terri.

"Judiciary sanctioned Murder in Florida"

Terri Schiavo is suffering because of judiciary arrogance. Clinton appointed federal judge ,James whitmore, did not care for the law passed by the Congress, and signed by President Bush. This judicial arrogance should be controlled. Other wise judiciary will usurp the powers not sanctioned in the constitution, but will become not an equal branch of the federal government along with the executive and legislature , a primary power center. Republicans and President Bush are right to appoint judges who do not make laws from the bench. The first step should be the abolition of life tenure for judges, and fix a maximum of 15 years of term limit .That way arrogant judges would be off the bench after that period .If Terri Schiavo dies, the responsibility lies with the judiciary.
The liberals are acting like a murder squad. Their enthusiasm to starve Terri is unbelievable. I saw this guy ,Laurence Tribe, professor at Harvard on Fox tonight. I could not believe this guy is gung ho in starving Terri. He talks as if Terri told him her wishes not to get fed. Unbelievable. Van Susteren acted like a potted plant while this guy,Tribe ,repeating the same baloney again and again, criticising the Congress and the President. Isn't she come from CNN?I was so sick of that programme today.

Terri Schiavo,Larry Pressler,Robert D.Blackwell

I saw the pictures of Terri Schiavo before her ordeal began. She looked so pretty and nice. Some of her childhood friends described her good nature and how her husband ill-treated her before her heart attack. They were saying that he was controlling and not sweet at all. I do not like this fellow before and I dislike him more now. I do not understand all the leftist liberal balooney of not respecting the constitution etc. I am sick of these guys. Is there any written will of hers? NO. What are these guys talking about? I am glad Republican partyis in majority in both senate and House of Representatives. If democratic party is in majority, they would not have helped her. Thank God, Republicans are running the congress.This judge in Florida is taking his own time while Terri is being starved.
I read in The New York Times Op-Ed an article by Ex.Sen.Larry Pressler India can nothave abetter friend . He is very supportive of India,its democracy,and criticizing Pakistani military rule etc. Unfortunately, he was defeated as senator from South Dakota few years ago.Pakistanis donated money and transport expenses to his opponent at that time. Indians should actively support India's friends .

Robert D.Blackwell, former U.S ambassdor to India wrote in Wall street journal about how close India and America became during president Bush's presidency. Very thoughtful and interesting article.

On ABC radio, I heard an interview about the denial of Visa to Chief Minister Narendra Moody
with Delhi bureau Chief of Financial times. As I wrote before, it is a stupid,arrogant and wrong headed decision. USA did not help itself withlots of Indians.Congress party won't be in power too long and USA should not make enemy of BJP. Some of the American foreign policy decisions were just simply stupid.

Terri Schiao,Narendra Modi and more

Congress of the United states passed a law few minutes ago giving the opportunity to Terri Schiavo's parents the right to go to Federal courts to review Terri's situation. Terri is a Floridian that had heart attack 15 years ago and is on feeding tube. Her husband Michael Schiavo refuses to allow her parents to take care of her insisting that he is following the wishes of Mrs.Schiavo even though there is no written will of hers. He is living with another woman and has kids from her. He is still married to Terri. I find it astonishing that this fellow is so cruel toTerri parents and rest of her family. All members of Terri's family wants to take care of her and want him go ahead with his life. Why doesn't he do that? Why does he want to remove the feedinf tube? Some people say that he wants the money from the malpractice suit. I find him him cruel,selfish and inhuman. He should leave her and move on, and let her parents take care of her.The president of the United States cut short his vacation and came to Washington. Members of the Senate,House of representatives came from all over the country and the world to pass this law. I am delighted that all these people came back to pass the law. I am proud of the Republican party for taking the lead and passing the law.

Now come to the denial of Visa to Narendra Moody, Chief Minister of Gujarat ( equivalent to governor in USA) by the American Embassy in New Delhi is stupid,arrogant,crazy. State department's reason is that he was responsible for communal rights in Gujarat few years ago. What proof these people have? Is he more person non-grata than Chinese Tinnaman killers, all the dictators that were allowed. USA has image problem with this type of arrogant behavior. It does not need another billion people hating it.

AIDS disease - political correctness

The New York Times reported that The community H.I.V/AIDS mobilization project , based in New York,suggested that the city had ignored the "underlying issues" behind the spread of the virus, like discrimination,poor housing and unemployment. Can anybody make sense of this statement, linking spread of AIDS and poor housing or unemployment or discrimination?These leftist liberal groups have no credibility because of these silly statements. Spread of AIDS is because of unsafe sexual practices,risky behavior using drugs and needles. City's health commissioner is right to bring the Drug resistance AIDS case in New York to the public notice and warn the Public about it. That is his job. It has nothing to do with gays and their life style. If this news changes the life style of people and saves them from getting infected , it is worth every bit.
Mr Topping, a researcher at record Books, an audio publisher in New York, started to learn languages from grade School. He started to study Telugu ( Used in part of India according to NY times) and Armenian. I was surprised to read that a kid in Troy, New york, learning my mother tongue for learning sake as Telugu is not used much anywhere else like English. He speaks German,French,Italian,Latin and Greek and understand about 30 languages. Hmmm! I wish I could speak one or 2 more languages. I would love to learn Spanish and French. Not easy when I do not have time.

An evalution Commission from the international Olympic committe came to New york to check about the city's suitability for 2012 Olymic games. These people have the best job. They are being treated like royals.

Johnny Carson 1925-2005

I woke up at 2pm and turned on the radio. I heard on CBS that Johnny Carson passed away. I felt so sad to hear the news. I liked his show very much. He was unlike the new type of comedians. Low key and classy. Never uttered a dirty word to make a joke. So sad. Then I turned the TV and all channels are broadcasting his life and times. So many people came on CNN and were saying good things about him. He helped so many Young comedians to start in the business. Most cable channels devoted most of their programmes to Johnny carson. I watched CNN,MSNBC upto 2am. One great TV personality passed away. May his soul rest in peace.
